The Benefits of Exercise for the Elderly
Staying inside and alone, can take a negative toll on the elderly. We want to ensure that our residents continue to stay safe from COVID-19, and we want to ensure they continue to have a great overall health. Body movement is important for mental and physical health which is why we have continue to provide exercise classes for our residents.
Each floor has their dedicated exercise time, and our residents continue to maintain the proper social distance to keep all of them safe. Our Castle residents love each exercise class and have even started to say “if you don’t move it, you lose it!” ass and have even started to say “if you don’t move it, you lose it!”
