I serve as the Director of Marketing and Admissions at Castle, a position I have held since December 2025. I oversee marketing strategy, community outreach, and the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for prospective residents and their families. I serve as the Business Office Manager at Castle, a position I have held since February 2023. I oversee daily administrative and financial operations, including billing, accounts management, and resident services support. I serve as the Director of the Wellness Department at Castle, a position I have held since May 2023. I oversee wellness programs, resident care coordination, and staff supervision, ensuring the highest standards of health and well-being. I am dedicated to promoting a supportive environment that enhances quality of life while maintaining excellence in care and service.

I serve as a Case Manager at Castle, a position I have held since March 2025. I coordinate care plans, support residents and their families, and collaborate with staff to ensure individualized, high-quality care. I am committed to enhancing resident health and quality of life while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Ben Weiss joined Castle Senior Living as Project Manager in late 2025. He helps keep daily operations running smoothly while focusing on renovating and enhancing the facility to meet the high standards our residents deserve. With a background in interior design, Ben is passionate about creating warm, welcoming spaces and works closely with the team to bring shared ideas to life.
