Finding Creative Ways to Visit Loved Ones

The Assisted Living Industry is one of the most vulnerable and at risk during this critical time. At Castle, we are taking all precautions to keep our residents safe. This includes not allowing visitors inside our facility. While we are encouraging a range of communications in order to keep families connected to their loved ones. Sometimes video calls just aren’t the same as seeing a loved one in person. We have begun having front door visits, were families stand on the outside of our clear front doors and our residents are on the inside, and they are able to see and speak to one another.

We hear the relief in everyone’s voices, and the crinkles of the eyes showing their smiles under their masks. We are so glad to be able to be able to keep our residents so happy through a variety of forms of communication with their loved ones.
